Role Overview

HR Operations & Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations:
Maintain employee records, update databases, and ensure accurate documentation.
Recruitment Coordination:
Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer release process.
HRMS Management:
Operate and maintain data in any HRMS software; experience with platforms like Keka, Darwinbox, or Zoho People is preferred.
Admin Support:
Coordinate with Finance, IT, and other departments for onboarding, asset management, payroll inputs, and exit formalities.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare reports, HR dashboards, and maintain internal trackers using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Employee Experience:
Provide support for employee queries, engagement initiatives, and HR events.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in HR operations, generalist, or admin-related roles
Prior experience using any HRMS platform is
mandatory
HR certification (e.g., HR Generalist/Operations) is an added advantage
Proficient in
MS Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with attention to detail
