Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end lead handling including lead validation, qualification, allocation, follow-ups, reporting, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams and external agencies. Strong Excel skills (especially Pivot Tables), CRM knowledge, and precise communication abilities are essential. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Validation

  • Validate incoming leads from all sources (portals, website, email, campaigns, social media, agency shared sheets).
  • Perform strict lead validation by checking:- Accuracy of contact details- Relevance of requirement- Product applicability- Location, budget, timeline, and urgency .
  • Allocate leads to the appropriate sales personnel based on region, product, priority, or special category.

Track each lead’s status from generation to closure and ensure proper documentation inside CRM.

  • Clean and refine lead data regularly to maintain high-quality and actionable databases.
  • Conduct tele-calling to verify lead details, understand customer requirements, and validate seriousness.
  • Regularly follow up with customers and sales teams for updates.
  • Ensure timely communication to move leads toward quotation, negotiation, and order stages. Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Maintain and update lead, quotation, and order databases.
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly reports using Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Filters, and analytics.
  • Prepare reports for lead-to-quotation, lead-to-order, sales performance, and lead quality. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Share weekly dashboards with management.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams.
  • Draft and manage customer communication through emails, calls, and WhatsApp.
  • Support sales communication by preparing proposals, follow-up emails, reminders, and presentations.
  • Manage online portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, company website).
  • Monitor listing health, responses, reviews, and lead inflow.
  • Ensure product/service listings are updated and optimized.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for:- Lead sharing- Lead quality tracking- Performance reporting- Monthly target review
  • Work with portal account managers for visibility and upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Filters, Basic Analysis).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with tele-calling and customer interaction.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Able to work independently or with cross-functional Teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
