What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Real Estate Sales (preferred, but not mandatory for the right energy and attitude).
• Communication Ninja: Strong in English + Kannada/Telugu/Hindi.
• Confident making outbound calls, building rapport, and getting things done.
• Detail-focused with solid organizational skills.
• Self-starter: Comfortable working independently, owning your outcomes.
• Own your laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
