About the Role

Account Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for new US clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and setting clear expectations.
  • Understand and document clients’ business and technical requirements to ensure seamless offshore hiring.
  • Educate clients on offshore hiring models, compliance, and delivery processes.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive retention, upselling, and account expansion.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for additional placements, project staffing, and expanded offshore engagements.
  • Provide consultative insights on technical hiring trends and market shifts in the US.
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction and resolve technical or delivery challenges to strengthen client partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through account expansion, upselling, and client renewals.

Technical Understanding & Coordination

  • Conduct technical discovery discussions with clients to understand skills, tools, and technology stack requirements.
  • Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams to align offshore candidates with technical needs.
  • Review candidate profiles, resumes, and skill sets to provide technical feedback before client submission.
  • Act as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA or technical certifications a plus).
  • 3–7 years of experience in

    sales/account management

    or

    technical recruitment

    , with exposure to

    US clients

    .
  • Strong technical fluency across domains (IT, software development, engineering, cloud, data, etc.).
  • Ability to engage in consultative discussions and evaluate technical candidate profiles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM/ATS platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Bullhorn, or similar).
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
