You will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and developing strategic relationships with enterprise and SME customers at Workfast.ai. As a SaaS Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and retain enterprise and SME customers. - Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers in various industries such as manufacturing, IT, retail, education, and more. - Leading end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. - Collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and customer messaging. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer success. - Driving partnerships with channel partners and resellers to expand market reach. - Maintaining and analyzing sales data to provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven track record of 2+ years in SaaS sales, preferably in B2B enterprise sales. - Strong understanding of project management and productivity tools. - Experience in selling to C-level executives and decision-makers in large organizations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment. - Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
