Inside Sales Account Manager

Role Overview: You will be working as a SaaS Sales Manager at Workfast.ai, responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and developing strategic relationships with enterprise and SME customers. Your role will play a pivotal part in Workfast.ais expansion in the Indian and US markets by executing sales strategies to increase adoption and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and retain enterprise and SME customers. - Identify and engage with key decision-makers in various industries such as manufacturing, IT, retail, and education. - Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and customer messaging. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer success. - Drive partnerships with channel partners and resellers to expand market reach. - Maintain and analyze sales data to provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of 2+ years in SaaS sales, preferably in B2B enterprise sales. - Strong understanding of project management and productivity tools. - Experience in selling to C-level executives and decision-makers in large organizations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment. - Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.,
