Role Summary

TRC supplies RFID labels, tags, readers, and related services. You’ll take over opportunities after the Sales Head’s initial contact, qualify and develop them, prepare quotes, close, and then manage the relationship for repeat business. Primary focus is Europe, with occasional work in th e United States, engaging both end users and system integrators. The goal is to grow into an autonomous operator taking full ownership of accounts and opportunities.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Convert warm leads into closed deals with healthy margins across Europe (primary) and the US (as needed).
  • Become the day-to-day contact for medium to large customers; drive repeat orders and expansion.
  • Keep pipeline clean and reliable in Zoho CRM as a power user.
  • Progress from supporting the Sales Head to operating independently with full account ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Intake & Development

  • Pick up opportunities after the Sales Head’s first contact; proactively qualify and drive next steps.
  • (Future) Build your own outbound/cold outreach muscle.

Opportunity Management

  • Prepare quotations and proposals; address objections and negotiate within standard guidance.
  • Arrange samples/test orders when required and move pilots toward rollout.

Account Ownership

  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customers; manage repeat orders and ongoing needs.
  • Build toward autonomous ownership of revenue and relationships.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with the Sales Head and Procurement Manager to align pricing, sourcing, and delivery.

Process & Tools

  • Maintain accurate, timely records in Zoho CRM (contacts, activities, opportunities, forecasts); champion CRM best practices.

Product Scope

  • Sell RFID labels, tags, and hardware, matching solutions for both end users and system integrators.
  • Engage with reputable companies across Europe and the USA.

Ideal Profile

  • 3+ years in B2B inside sales or account management (distribution/hardware/Auto-ID a plus).
  • Perfect English (written & spoken): confident, proactive, and not afraid to lead conversations.
  • Proven Zoho CRM strength and disciplined opportunity management.
  • Organized, rigorous follow-through; comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: RFID knowledge or a broader technological background; extra European languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹234,978.37 - ₹872,686.18 per year
