As an Inside Sales Account Manager, your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in various corporate sectors, particularly IT/ITES/KPO/BPO industries. Your responsibilities will include acquiring in-depth knowledge of our products and services, prospecting new customers through calls and emails, fostering enduring relationships with clients, ensuring seamless order processing, and addressing client concerns effectively. Key Skills required for this role include Concept Selling, Problem-solving, and Relationship Management. Ideal candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, with a background in IT Hardware B2B Sales considered advantageous. We are looking for individuals who are results-oriented, proactive, and eager to excel in a self-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM, excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as a smart and presentable demeanor are desired qualities. Freshers, especially females, are encouraged to apply.
