Role Description Lead Generation & Prospecting Research and identify potential corporate clients in manufacturing, IT parks, hospitality, pharma, and construction sectors. Build and maintain a strong database of qualified leads. Client Engagement & Meetings Connect with decision-makers (Facility Heads, EHS Managers, HR, Admin, etc.) through calls, emails, and networking events. Schedule and attend client meetings to present Safety Zest’s services. Sales Conversion Understand client requirements and prepare tailored proposals. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve defined sales targets. Account Management Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business. Ensure smooth handover of projects to the operations team. Reporting & MIS Update CRM with leads, opportunities, and pipeline status. Submit weekly sales reports and monthly performance reviews. Qualifications Should have mandatory experience in B2B sales Strong Presentation Skills and experience in delivering Presentations Effective Communication skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the EHS industry is a plus Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research Salary 3,00,000 to 3,60,000 + Performance Incentives Note: Please apply to this role. The Health and Safety Officer will manage and enforce workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with occupational health and environmental safety regulations.
