Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Health and Safety Officer. The Health and Safety Officer will manage and enforce workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with occupational health and environmental safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, implementing EHS policies, investigating workplace incidents, providing safety training, and preparing compliance reports as per the required health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Health & Safety practices, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety
• In-depth knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) protocols and implementation
• NEBOSH and equivalent health and safety certifications are highly desirable
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to promote and ensure a safe workplace
• Familiarity with local, state, and national health and safety regulationS.
