Join Pratra, a fast-growing travel technology company, as an Inside Sales Manager and help us scale our footprint across the Asia-Pacific market. 📍 Location: Bengaluru 🖥️ Work Mode: Work from Office / Hybrid 🧠 Experience: 7+ years in inside sales, with a focus on APAC markets ⏰ Notice Period: Immediate joiners or short notice preferred About Pratra: Pratra is a travel technology company headquartered in Bengaluru, with offices in the US and UK. We provide innovative software products to the global travel industry and are rapidly expanding across APAC. Key Responsibilities: - Lead inside sales operations for the APAC region, from lead engagement to closure - Manage and mentor a team of inside sales executives to achieve sales targets - Build strong relationships with prospects and customers across APAC - Work closely with marketing and regional business development to execute tailored campaigns - Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and provide regular reporting - Understand regional market trends and translate them into actionable sales strategies.
