Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for IT services in the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia. Your main focus will be on market penetration, lead generation, client management, sales pipeline, revenue growth, proposal management, competitor analysis, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for IT services in the USA, UK, Europe & Australia. - Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across targeted sectors. - Identify potential customers through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers. - Manage end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to closing deals. - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom proposals, RFPs, and pitch decks. - Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and pricing. - Maintain accurate sales records and forecasting reports. - Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 10+ years of proven IT sales experience in international markets. - Strong understanding of IT services, MS, cloud, CRM, CMS, AI. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. - Travel history to US, Australia, or a valid business VISAS is an advantage. - Existing network of clients or partners in the US or Australia. - Experience selling in B2B tech consulting.
