Project Lead

Project Lead .NET Core

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET Core
  
• Translate business needs into scalable architecture and technical solutions
  
• Oversee a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure development best practices
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Business stakeholders
  
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on performance and security
  
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and oversee release management
  
• Prepare project documentation, manage timelines, and ensure project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 710 years of experience in .NET technologies, particularly with .NET Core (3.1 and above)
  
• Strong command of C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework Core
  
• Good understanding of relational databases (SQL Server)
  
• Experience in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
  
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React is a plus
  
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and DevOps culture
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client interaction skills

Desirable:

• Microsoft Certifications in .NET or Azure
  
• Experience in travel technology or enterprise-scale product development
  
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes
