If yes, Pratra, a leading travel technology company, is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead global hiring efforts \u2014 with a strong focus on building our international sales force. Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end recruitment across global markets with a focus on building a strong, scalable sales team. Partner with leadership to define talent needs and sales hiring goals by region Source, engage, and convert high-potential candidates using global channels Build talent pipelines for Sales, SDRs, Inside Sales, and Business Development roles Implement recruitment best practices, tools, and employer branding strategies Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with Pratra\u2019s culture. Requirements 5+ years of experience in international hiring and sales talent acquisition Proven track record in hiring for sales, business development, and client-facing roles Strong sourcing abilities via LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and referral. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills \u200b Familiarity with travel tech, SaaS, or IT is a plus
