Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Lead to manage and execute various IT, Networking, CCTV, and Audio-Visual (AV) projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with excellent leadership and project management skills to ensure smooth delivery of end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT, Networking, CCTV, and AV projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, quality, and safety.
• Manage team members and assign tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, computer networking (LAN/WAN/Routing/Switching).
• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems and AV solutions.
• Proven experience in project handling and team management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client coordination skills.
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
