🔹 Experience Required:

• 5–10 years in the education sector, preferably implementing edtech programs
• Experience working with government departments and CSR partners
• Fluency in

  Marathi and English

• Willingness to travel frequently outside the base location

Financial & Budget Managemen

• tManage project budgets and ensure cost-effective executio
• nIdentify opportunities for revenue growth through successful implementation and stakeholder retention

• Budget adherence
• Achievement of revenue targets

🔸 Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, CSR partners, and other stakeholder
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely delivery and high-quality execution

• Project scale-up rates
• Customer satisfaction scores

🔸 Project Management & Quality Assurance

• Lead end-to-end project implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Oversee data quality and ensure quick resolution of bugs/issues

• On-time project completion
• Quality of deliverables

🔸 Learning & Development

• Co-create and deliver training modules for both internal teams and clients
• Stay updated on advancements in edtech and adaptive learning

KPIs

• Number of training sessions delivered
• Improvement in team skills and competency

🔸 Additional Responsibilities

• Escalate and follow up for timely issue resolution
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual project reporting
