Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  1. Responsible for Identifying, prospecting and acquiring new schools in the designated territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers (management, principal, teachers, parents, students)
  3. Understand school’s needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  5. Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and product usage is optimum
  6. Support Sales leadership in forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
  7. Coordinating with internal teams for minimum response time to ensure client satisfaction
  8. Cultivating and closing the leads generated by Inside Sales Team
  9. Need to be meticulous and regularly keep track of Sales activities in CRM
  10. Be cognizant of market, industry trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and share the learnings with Product and Marketing teams
  11. Ensure timely collection of receivables from schools
