1. Responsible for retention of schools in the designated territory along with the allocated team. 2. Key account management (KAM) of schools through relationship building and providing product consultation to key stakeholders (management, principal, teachers, parents, students). 3. Regularly conduct orientation sessions and workshops with relevant stakeholders 4. Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and product usage at schools are effective. 5. Coordinate with the Product Team for a robust and agile feedback loop. 6. Responsible for revenue generation through upsell and cross-sell of Ei products to existing school. Experience 1. Strong educational background of teaching (Teachers training/B.Ed, etc) 2. Understanding of Curriculums, Assessments and best practices in the domain of pedagogy. 3.
