# Sales Manager - IT Services & Products


Salary- 40k to 80k


## The Opportunity

We're a growing IT services company at an inflection point. Our sales team performs well, but needs the right leader to unlock their full potential. You'll shape our sales function with full autonomy, direct CEO access, and a clear path to VP Sales as we scale.


## What You'll Own


*Team Leadership (Priority #1)*

- Lead and develop sales professionals into top performers

- Build high-accountability culture through coaching and structure

- Provide hands-on support during critical deals


*Process & Systems*

- Design streamlined workflows within first month

- Create simple, effective systems the team will actually follow

- Own end-to-end execution—no gaps, no dropped balls


*Client Success*

- Strengthen existing client relationships (our primary focus)

- Drive retention, satisfaction, and account expansion

- Handle escalations fast and professionally


## How You'll Work

- Full autonomy on day-to-day decisions

- Report to CEO, collaborate on strategy

- Take action without waiting for permission

- Own your outcomes completely


## What You Must Have

- *4-7 years in sales management (IT industry required)*

- Proven track record building and developing teams

- Strong client success and relationship management background

- Self-starter who executes without supervision


## Your Leadership DNA

- Street smart—practical, resourceful, quick to adapt

- Builds people up, not just manages them

- Sees problems and fixes them independently

- Comfortable with B2B and B2C

- Can master any CRM/tools quickly
