As an IT Service Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by selling IT services to both new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and Developing Leads: Generate leads using various sales techniques to create a strong pipeline of potential clients. - Client Consultation: Understand the IT needs of clients, assess their requirements, and offer tailored IT solutions such as cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed IT services. - Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients. - Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals, ensuring profitability while providing value to clients. - Account Management: Maintain post-sale client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling. - Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor services, and pricing to remain competitive. - Meeting Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. - Collaboration: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. - Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience in IT service sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of IT services, including cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel as needed.
