Here is what you can expect in this role: Key Responsibilities: - Develop user-centric designs based on research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI elements. - Create information architecture for seamless navigation and intuitive user flows. - Design UI elements, components, and interfaces using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance design decisions. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams for effective implementation. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI patterns, and industry best practices. Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD. - Experience in designing web and mobile applications with modern UI principles. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. - Knowledge of Information Architecture (IA) and User Experience (UX) best practices. - Understanding of color theory, typography, and responsive design. - Experience with design systems and style guides. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. If you possess bonus skills such as experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie Animations), knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles, and experience working with Agile and Scrum teams, it will be an added advantage.
