Role Overview: As an IT Service Sales Representative, your role will involve driving revenue growth by selling IT services to new and existing clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions to enhance their operations. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and Develop Leads: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. - Client Consultation: Understand the IT needs of potential clients, assess their requirements, and propose relevant IT services such as cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services. - Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients. - Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals, ensuring profitability while delivering value to clients. - Account Management: Maintain relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. - Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor services, and pricing to remain competitive in the market. - Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. - Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. - Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in IT service sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of IT services, including cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and managed IT services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to travel as needed.,
