UI/UX Designer

As a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with over 3 years of experience, you have the opportunity to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and visually stunning digital experiences. Your key responsibilities will include developing user-centric designs based on research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI elements. You will also be responsible for creating information architecture for seamless navigation and intuitive user flows, designing UI elements, components, and interfaces using tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as conducting user research and usability testing to enhance design decisions. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams for effective implementation. Additionally, staying updated with the latest design trends, UI patterns, and industry best practices will be essential to your success in this role. Your strong expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD, along with experience in designing web and mobile applications with modern UI principles, will be crucial. Having the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, knowledge of Information Architecture (IA) and User Experience (UX) best practices, understanding of color theory, typography, and responsive design, as well as experience with design systems and style guides, will be highly beneficial. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also necessary for effective collaboration within the team. If you possess bonus skills such as experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie Animations), knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles, and experience working with Agile and Scrum teams, it would be an added advantage.
