Job Description

You will be joining our team as an IT Service Sales Representative, where your main focus will be on driving revenue growth by selling our IT services to both new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and providing them with tailored IT solutions to enhance their operations. If you are someone who is passionate about technology and has a successful sales track record, we are looking forward to hearing from you! Your key responsibilities will include generating leads through various methods such as networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques to build a strong pipeline of potential clients. You will also be required to consult with clients to assess their IT needs and recommend appropriate services like cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed IT services. Delivering effective sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and managing client accounts post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling will also be part of your role. It is essential for you to stay updated on industry trends, competitor services, and pricing to ensure competitiveness in the market. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, collaborating closely with technical teams for seamless service delivery, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system will also be key aspects of your job. To be successful in this role, you should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. A proven track record in IT service sales or a similar role, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets, is required. You should have a strong understanding of IT services such as cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and managed IT services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, are also essential. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot and the Microsoft Office Suite, along with the willingness to travel as needed, will be beneficial for this role.,
