Role Overview: As a Sales Manager-(IT Services) at our company, you will play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end sales process of our products and services. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and nurturing strong client relationships within the niche market. Qualifications Required: - 12-15 years of experience in sales and business development in the IT services industry. - Minimum 6 years of experience specifically in the US market. - Deep understanding of IT services and technology solutions. - Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed, data-driven decisions. - Demonstrated success in leading the sales cycle from planning to closure. - Exceptional leadership qualities and motivational speaking skills. - Current or recent experience in selling technology-related products or services.
