Position : IT Recruiter Company : HRPC Location : Mumbai/ Ahemdabad Experince: 4Y Employment Type : Full-Time/Contract Reports to : Hiring Manager/ Recruitment Manager Overview : We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our HR team and help us attract and hire top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry and be skilled at sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates for various IT roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and meets the company's growing technical needs. Key Responsibilities : End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. Sourcing Talent : Proactively source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking, targeting both passive and active candidates. Screening Candidates : Conduct initial screening calls and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Collaborating with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills needed, and ideal candidate profiles. Building Talent Pipelines : Create and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings by fostering long-term relationships with IT professionals. Candidate Management : Manage candidates through the entire hiring process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience. Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless process between candidates and the technical hiring teams. Job Offer Negotiations : Extend and negotiate job offers with selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding. Employer Branding : Promote the company’s culture and values, ensuring the employer brand is represented positively across all touchpoints with candidates. Tracking and Reporting : Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other tools to track recruitment metrics, progress, and identify areas for improvement. Market Research : Stay updated on trends in the IT recruitment space, including salary benchmarks, emerging technologies, and new sourcing methods. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in both in-house and agency environments. Solid understanding of technical skills and IT roles (developers, backend, front end engineers, IT support, DevOps, etc.). Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using various recruiting tools. Experience with ATS platforms and other recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications : Technical background or certification in IT-related fields. Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
