Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience hiring IT professionals, strong sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage client requirements effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Conduct job and task analysis to document role requirements.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on relevant platforms.
  • Source and recruit candidates through databases, social media, and job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Indeed, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and fit.
  • Conduct structured and competency-based interviews.
  • Maintain effective candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide well-documented recruitment reports to internal teams.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Stay updated on company policies and employment laws.
  • Manage client staffing requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand job needs and provide regular updates.

  • Requirements

    • 2–4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in technical recruitment.
    • Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.
    • Experience with phone screening, reference checks, and hiring processes.
    • Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, and candidate management tools.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience handling client requirements or client communication.

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Technical understanding of IT roles and skills.
    • Experience with employer branding or online sourcing strategies.
    • HR or recruitment certifications (added advantage).
