Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Screening

• Source IT candidates through

  Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal database, referrals

  , and networking.
• Review resumes and screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job fit.
• Conduct telephonic and video interviews to evaluate communication, stability, and technical grounding.

2. Recruitment Lifecycle Management

• Manage the full recruitment cycle—

  sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, feedback follow-up, offer negotiation, and onboarding

  .
• Coordinate with hiring managers and understand detailed job requirements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates for future requirements.

3. Job Posting & Database Management

• Create and manage job postings across platforms.
• Update candidate data, maintain tracker sheets, and ensure accurate and timely documentation.

4. Coordination

• Schedule technical interviews with clients or internal interviewers.
• Follow up with candidates until joining and handle any offer drop risks proactively.

5. Market Knowledge

• Stay updated on market trends, salary standards, and IT skill sets.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain active talent pools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with

• Strong understanding of

  IT technologies

  (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions.
• Good at following processes, documentation, and reporting.
• Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn may also apply.
