Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiation, and closure).
Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, networking channels, and employee referrals.
Review technical resumes and evaluate candidates’ skill sets and experience.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate records.
Build and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Stay updated with industry trends and market insights related to IT hiring.
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong understanding of IT technologies such as ServiceNow, Data Engineering, Data Scientist, Salesforce, DevOps, QA, etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.

Additional Preferred Skills

Experience in technical screening.
Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Ability to handle both bulk hiring and niche IT requirements.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
