Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in international client acquisition to join our team in Thane (Kolshet) . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing or consulting sales , capable of building relationships with global clients and driving consistent revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new international and domestic clients for IT staffing, consulting, and product development services. Develop and execute effective sales and business growth strategies . Generate leads through networking, market research, and online platforms. Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers. Prepare and deliver customized business proposals, RFPs, and presentations . Coordinate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets . Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies . Participate in client meetings, vendor empanelments, and contract negotiations . Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field . 4–7 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales within the IT staffing or consulting industry . Mandatory experience in international client acquisition (US, UK, or Middle East markets preferred). Strong understanding of staff augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based services . International Client Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn networking . Immediate joiners will be given preference. Must be comfortable working onsite at our Kolshet, Thane office .
