Job Description

Position – Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the Delhi region.
  • Identify and approach bakery shops (small to large) for product sales and promotion.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships with bakery owners and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular field visits for lead generation, demos, and client meetings.
  • Work closely with technical and marketing teams to support customer success.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and generate regular sales reports.

Qualification:

  • 8–10 years of B2B/FMCG sales experience (preferably in food or bakery ingredients).
  • Strong track record in field sales and target achievement.
  • In-depth knowledge of Delhi/NCR bakery market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel daily within the assigned area.
