Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical fintech projects across the Stitch ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, operations, and compliance—to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects across product, engineering, and operations.

·      Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

·      Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·      Track progress, manage risk, and proactively identify and resolve issues or blockers.

·      Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

·      Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.

·      Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools.

·      Ensure all projects comply with relevant fintech regulations and security standards.

Qualifications

·      7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech or SaaS environments.

·      Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Notion, Asana).

·      Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

·      Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

·      Familiarity with fintech products such as APIs, payments, identity verification, or financial data is a plus.

·      PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are advantageous but not required.
