Job Purpose

To lead and deliver Information Technology services and projects that enable the organization’s strategic objectives in business functions. The Manager will play a key role in driving digital transformation by modernizing IT systems, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless execution across platforms. The role requires good project management, stakeholder collaboration, and vendor coordination to deliver technology-driven business outcomes effectively and efficiently.

Job Outline

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s digital transformation by leading initiatives that modernize IT systems, automate processes, and integrate emerging technologies across platforms. The role requires balancing strategic vision with execution excellence to enable innovation, efficiency, and enhanced user experience

The Experienced Project Manager has to lead the implementation of of enterprise digital transformation initiatives (IT systems and applications and non-IT systems and applications projects .

The Manager is required to Project lead/manage, with skill in planning, executing, risk management.

The manager is expected to have good management skills, knowledge of enterprise systems or IT platforms, and the ability to coordinate of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, modernization, and process optimization across business functions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative IT solutions that align with organizational strategy and enhance digital maturity.

- Ensure adoption of new digital tools and practices through effective change management, training, and user engagement.

- Ability to interact with teams and understand requirements and collaborate with stakeholders for implementation.

- Experienced in Evaluating Products and Features, Map against business requirements and recommend suitable products for implementation

- Work with service providers on project plans, technical proposals

- Evaluate, Onboard and interact with vendors and vendor Teams for implementation

- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

- Understand and implement change Management Process and Quality procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven working experience as a project manager/lead in the IT project implementation/support domain (ERP, custom development, cloud solutions, etc.).

- Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in enterprise systems, cloud applications, or collaboration tools

- Ability to interact with teams and understand requirements and collaborate with stake holders for implementation.

- Experience in managing teams and vendor relationships.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Experience -

-Minimum of 5 year of experience in end-to-end IT project management

- Experience in migration/end to end support for a customer/ full-cycle IT systems and applications implementations.

2 To handle queries, escalations, trainings, issues from various customers on day to day basis . Automate process , quality assurance - 40%
