Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for an Information Technology Project Manager. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and managing project timelines. Key responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, coordinating team activities, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The IT Project Manager will also analyze project performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating project performance and implementing improvements
• Experience in Program Management and Project Planning to ensure the successful execution of IT projects
• Proficiency in Information Technology to oversee the technical aspects of projects
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and coordinate team activities
• Relevant professional certifications and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience in the finance or lending industry is an advantage
