Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consumer Loan Officer in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Consumer Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, conducting credit analysis, and ensuring compliance with lending policies. Additional tasks include interacting with customers to provide information about loan products, advising on loan options, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Loan Officer will also collaborate with other team members to manage loan portfolios and support the overall lending services of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in working as a Loan Officer, preferably within Credit Unions or similar financial institutions
• Proficiency in conducting Credit Analysis and processing Loans
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is beneficial
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in the lending industry
