Job Description: Life Asia Tester Position Overview: We are looking for a Life Asia Tester with strong expertise in Manual Testing and hands-on experience in the Life Asia tool. The role involves validating insurance processes across DAY 1 (new business onboarding) and DAY 2 (policy servicing and maintenance), ensuring accuracy and reliability in life insurance applications. Key Responsibilities Perform manual testing of Life Asia applications, focusing on life insurance policy servicing modules. Validate DAY 1 processes including new business onboarding, issuance, and initial policy setup. Validate DAY 2 processes including endorsements, renewals, claims, and policy maintenance. Design, execute, and document test cases with clear defect reporting. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and support teams to ensure functional accuracy. Conduct regression testing to confirm system stability after enhancements or fixes. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders. Primary Skills Manual Testing – Strong ability to design, execute, and document test cases. Life Asia Tool – Hands-on experience with Life Asia insurance application . DAY 1 Operations – Testing new business onboarding workflows. DAY 2 Operations – Testing policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and claims . Policy Servicing – Deep understanding of insurance policy lifecycle and servicing processes. Life Insurance Domain experience – Familiarity with life insurance products, underwriting, and claims.

Job Specifications 8–10 years of proven experience in Insurance industry PMO , change management, and SDLC cycle. Extensive hands-on experience in Quality Assurance , Lean & Improvement Methodology. Certified in Six Sigma/Lean (Green/Black Belt) with practical experience in projects, process improvements, and assurance activities (Add on). Successfully executed critical cross-functional projects across multiple geographies and diverse client environments. Key Performance Areas – Project Management Drive structured Project Management processes : need identification, review, closure, sign-offs, and implementation. Act as a JIRA tool expert : lead adoption, manage training, and ensure effective usage across teams. Engage in Critical Strategic Initiatives and high-impact projects. Lead projects with strong leadership and management qualities . Analyze Audit, Assurance, and Complaint reports to identify gaps and project opportunities. Establish dashboards for stakeholder reviews, monitor progress, and implement governance mechanisms. Facilitate timely execution of projects, ensuring effective change management post-completion for sustainability and replication.
