Role Description

IT Project Manager (with Business Analyst expertise)

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Scope Documents, and functional specifications.
Translate requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and handle change requests.
Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Support testing and quality assurance by validating deliverables against requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Business Analyst in web/mobile application projects.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, scope definition, and documentation.
Solid project planning, execution, and risk management expertise.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
