We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (4–7 Years Experience) 💰 CTC: ₹8 LPA (₹5 LPA Fixed + ₹3 LPA Variable) + Attractive Sales Commission About TechIndika: At TechIndika , we are building next-generation solutions in Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI & ML, Cloud, and IT Consulting . We are now hiring a Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition, execute advanced sales strategies, and take ownership of pipeline growth. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced, impact-driven environments, we want to talk to you. 🧩 Key Responsibilities: Build and manage B2B and B2C Sales & Marketing Pipelines across direct outreach, inbound, partnerships, and digital channels. Design and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold outreach) with tools like Sales Navigator , Apollo, or similar. Source new leads and close deals in IT Consulting — including Web, App, SaaS, AI, or Cloud-based solutions. Drive partnership & alliance development with overseas firms, consultants, and brokers. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute inbound campaigns (SEO, case studies, lead magnets). Analyze funnel performance, track KPIs, and iterate strategies to meet revenue targets. Participate in government/enterprise tenders and strategic sales opportunities. Support team handling and mentoring , helping build and scale a small inside sales team. Maintain CRM discipline and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Represent TechIndika in events, webinars, and business networking activities. ✅ Required Qualifications: 4 to 7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing in an IT Consulting or Services firm . Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other outbound prospecting tools is mandatory . Demonstrated success in building structured sales pipelines and closing B2B deals. Experience in handling or mentoring junior team members. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
