Job Description

As the Information Technology Manager, you play a crucial role in the organization by overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of internal information technology systems. Your responsibilities include: - Formulating annual IT strategy aligned with corporate goals - Evaluating emerging technologies for operational efficiency - Managing network architecture, servers, databases, storage systems, and cloud services - Monitoring system performance for high availability and business continuity - Implementing maintenance and disaster recovery strategies You are also responsible for information security and compliance, involving: - Developing and executing IT security strategies - Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations like GDPR and ISO27001 - Implementing security measures such as firewalls and multi-factor authentication Additionally, you will establish IT service support processes, manage enterprise-level IT projects, and oversee technology selection, deployment, and training. Team management and development are key aspects of your role, including recruiting, training, and guiding IT team members. To qualify for this position, you need: - Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields - Over 5 years of IT management experience - Proficiency in network architecture, database management, cloud computing, and information security - Knowledge of project management and frameworks like PMP, ITIL, and Scrum - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Certifications like CISSP, CCNP, AWS/Azure Certified, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.,
