Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Influencer Marketing Manager

to lead and execute impactful influencer-led campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the creator ecosystem and proven expertise in driving brand growth through influencer collaborations across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across nano, micro, and macro tiers.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, and UGC.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with influencers, agencies, and partners.
  • Define campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and timelines while ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize ROI.
  • Repurpose influencer-generated content for paid ads, social media, and website use.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in D2C, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and creator ecosystems.
  • Established network of influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling influencer-led campaigns and UGC content.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven approach with hands-on experience in campaign tracking and performance analytics tools.
