Influencer Marketing Manager

We understand influencers and creators, like no other. We have worked with top influencers across categories of fashion, food, entertainment and more. We run campaigns with the top comedy influencers, A Listers, and Digital content creators in the country.

We work at a million miles per hour and are looking for candidates who are creative, quick-thinking and love collaborating with creators to build fun and engaging content.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end influencer led campaigns, from ideation to execution and analysis.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing community team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Guide the team to collaborate with influencers on content creation, ensuring it resonates with campaign briefs.
• Existing relationships with talent agencies, key influencers, talent managers.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage client relationships at a strategic level.
• Build responses to sale’s briefs, identifying areas for improvement and ideas for new campaigns and be able to present these in a compelling way to senior stakeholders.
• Review and submit reports in a quick and timely manner.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience Managing Influencer Marketing Campaigns
• Strong presentation and speaking skills;
• Experience in the Social Media and Digital Space
• Client Servicing
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships; organized, with high attention to detail; a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to plan and manage time well
• Excellent Negotiating Skills
• Ability to stay on top of new media trends and technology
• Agile thinking and adaptability
