Job Responsibilities:

• Create and edit compelling content for influencer marketing campaigns including scripts, captions, and copy with a focus on Instagram and YouTube
• Develop engaging video scripts, post captions, content hooks, and ideas aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives
• Collaborate closely with the design and video teams to ensure content aligns visually and creatively
• Adapt content style and messaging across categories like Fashion, Beauty, Tech, Food, and Lifestyle
• Edit and localize content for different audience groups and regional sensibilities
• Review influencer-submitted content and provide feedback for quality, brand tone, and messaging alignment
• Maintain a repository of content ideas, trends, formats, and hooks for upcoming campaigns
• Stay updated with platform trends (Reels, Shorts, Story formats) and help translate them into campaign strategies
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions with the team and influencers

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience or strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem and social media platforms
• Hands-on experience in creating content for social platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others
• Strong understanding of digital trends, pop culture, and creator-led content
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-starter with initiative, ownership, and creative thinking
• Agile mindset and adaptability to change or shift focus when needed
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities
