Prepare and sequence products for shoots, ensuring they are camera-ready
Collaborate with videographers and models to maintain creative consistency
Update Google Sheets with FSN IDs and upload footage to Azure
Oversee content flow and ensure quality control
Act as a bridge between production, inventory, and project teams
Maintain shoot logs and improve shoot-day workflows
Strong organization and time management
Attention to detail and creative alignment
Basic video production understanding
Proficient with Google Sheets, Excel, and cloud tools
Excellent coordination and communication
Experience in fashion/e-commerce shoots
Familiarity with visual content tools
Ability to manage fast-paced shoots
