What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute compelling content and creative strategies across multiple social media platforms.
  • Lead the conceptualization and delivery of

    360° influencer marketing campaigns

    from ideation to execution.
  • Collaborate with account, community, and strategy teams to ensure creative excellence aligned with client objectives.
  • Craft engaging copy, campaign narratives, and brand storytelling that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Maintain high creative standards while balancing brand guidelines and performance-driven goals.
  • Mentor and develop creative talent within the team while streamlining workflows to meet deadlines.
  • Stay ahead of digital, social, and influencer trends to keep campaigns innovative and culturally relevant.
  • Act as the

    go-to creative leader

    for problem-solving and campaign direction.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Technical/Functional Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Expertise in social media and digital content strategy.
  • Strong portfolio in copywriting & brand storytelling.
  • Experience leading creative teams in an agency environment.


✨ Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to award-winning campaigns.
  • Understanding of brand positioning across multiple industries.

  • Strong leadership and team mentoring ability.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    7+ years in digital media, content strategy, or influencer marketing.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Certifications (Preferred):

    Digital Marketing, Copywriting, or Creative Leadership.
