Influencer Marketing Manager

The role requires a dynamic self-starter to support influencer marketing initiatives. This position is suitable for early-career professionals who are passionate about content, creators, and digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities: - Influencer Identification: Identify and assess potential influencers on various platforms such as Instagram and YouTube based on factors like type of influencer (nano, micro, macro, celebrity), quality and relevance of followers, and niche expertise aligned with brand/category. - Co-Creation & Communication: Engage and negotiate with influencers for partnerships, facilitate creation of engaging content aligned with campaign objectives, manage communication flow, timelines, and expectations. - Execution & Tracking: Monitor campaign execution for content frequency and quality, ensure timely postings and adherence to brand guidelines, strategize content amplification, coordinate stakeholders for content approval and release, track performance metrics including views, engagement, conversions, and sales impact.
