Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager to join our on-site team in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and developing relationships with influencers, strategizing campaigns, driving initiatives to boost brand visibility, and analyzing influencer partnerships for effectiveness. The day-to-day tasks include outreach to influencers, planning and executing campaigns, negotiating partnerships, monitoring social media trends, and analyzing campaign results to optimize effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, campaign strategy, and brand collaborations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing software.
• Knowledge of digital and social media trends, content marketing, and platform algorithms.
• Analytical and creative mindset with an ability to derive insights from data and apply creative problem-solving approaches.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced on-site environment in Mumbai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Relevant experience in influencer marketing is a bonus.
