Job Description

We’re looking for someone who understands creators, content, and brand alignment beyond just numbers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, managing moving parts, and ensuring creative campaigns come together smoothly.

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will handle influencer campaigns end to end. This includes identifying the right creators, coordinating with them through the campaign lifecycle, aligning with internal teams and brand stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables are executed on time and as planned. You’ll play a key role in bridging creators, creative teams, and clients, while maintaining clarity across timelines, approvals, and execution.


You will be involved in campaign planning, content coordination, and day-to-day communication, ensuring campaigns run efficiently without losing sight of brand intent or creative quality. This role requires strong organisational skills, clear communication, and a good understanding of social media and digital content ecosystems.


We’re looking for someone who enjoys building long-term creator relationships, is detail-oriented, and can handle multiple campaigns simultaneously without things slipping through the cracks.


Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage influencer campaigns from planning to execution

• Coordinate with creators, internal teams, and brand partners

• Track deliverables, timelines, approvals, and follow-ups

• Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting

• Ensure brand alignment across influencer content

• Act as the communication bridge between creators and teams


Requirements and Eligibility

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
