Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

• Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs and actionable plans.

• Create and manage a content calendar in coordination with the social media team.

• Contribute to content ideas and campaign concepts aligned with brand objectives.

• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and social media executives to ensure timely execution.

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations across accounts.

• Share regular updates, reports, and performance insights with clients.

• Handle client feedback and ensure smooth, timely resolutions.

• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and add value to partnerships.

Requirements / Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing roles.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content planning.

• Ability to work on content calendars and ideation, even at a fundamental level.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple accounts.
