Shills Professional is looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager from the beauty industry who can drive brand visibility, campaigns, and creator partnerships at scale.

Experience Required:

✔️ Minimum 5+ years in influencer marketing

✔️ Prior experience with beauty / skincare / makeup brands (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute & scale influencer marketing campaigns

* Strong hands-on experience with paid & barter influencers

* Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations & negotiations

* Maintain and grow a strong influencer databank (nano to macro creators)

* Coordinate with marketing & content teams for campaign execution

* Track performance, ROI & campaign effectiveness
