Role Overview

Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage and mentor store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock replenishment
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand guidelines
• Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies to achieve sales targets
• Enforce store policies and procedures, including retail loss prevention
• Report to senior management with updates on performance and improvement plans

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in store or retail management is preferred
• Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention and inventory management
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma
